Take your practice out of the studio and onto the water with our SUP Yoga classes—a unique and uplifting way to connect with nature, your breath, and your balance.
This 1-hour guided class is designed for all levels—no paddleboarding or yoga experience required! Your certified instructor will guide you through a fun and accessible flow, combining gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, all while floating peacefully on your paddleboard.
All equipment is provided, including your paddleboard, paddle, anchor, and lifejacket—just bring your sense of adventure.
